Locality: Local          Time frame:   Temporary to Permanent (40 hours a week)


Nurse will be working in a call center environment fielding inbound and outbound calls to/from patients concerning their physician perscribed medication.  Nurse will be providing client support for one drug for a large pharmaceutical company. This includes providing patient education/teaching from a script all the while focusing on a friendly customer centered experience.

Training includes 2-3 weeks of education, phone training, computer training and inbound call training.  All shifts are 8-10 hours each.  Various assignments include weekend and weekday schedules.  Shifts may include 10:30am-7:00pm 5 days a week, 8:30am-7:00pm Fri-Mon or 9:00am-5pm 5 days a week.


Candidates must possess a KS license (or able to obtain within a timely manner).  A minimum ADN required.  3 years experience as a Registered Nurse, perferably in a sales, telephonic or call center environment.  Skilled in typing, typing while speaking, various computer hardware (mouse, keyboard etc), Microsoft Office (outlook, excel, word).  Candidates must be proficient in research, analyzing data, data input, multi-tasking, time management and providing basic customer service with a friendly smile.
